All rights reserved. No portion of this website, including any text, photographs, patterns, graphics, and artwork, may be reproduced or copied without written permission. This includes using images, patterns, or art from Bailey Millé to create other art or patterns from. All knit and crochet patterns are copy right Wendy Millé and are for personal use only. Reselling or redistributing patterns in any way is prohibited unless prior written consent has been granted by the designer. You are permitted to make a working copy of the pattern to knit or crochet from.

Digital Files
As the patterns are a digital file and cannot be returned, refunds are unfortunately not accepted. If there is an issue with the file itself (the file is corrupted or there is an error in the pattern), please contact the designer immediately at hello@baileymille.com.

Custom Orders
We always love creating new products from scratch.
Please contact us for a quote.
Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.
Ask us for details.

Purchases and Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:

–  Credit/Debit Card
Please note we do not hold your card details. See how we handle your personal information in our Privacy Policy.
All payments will be in USD.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

We love our handmade products and we hope you will too. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know by emailing us at hello@baileymille.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Due to the nature of patterns, patterns may not be returned or exchanged. All pattern sales are final.

Additional non-returnable items:
*Digital Downloads
* Gift cards
*Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Free shipping is a discount. As such if items are returned that take your order value under the ‘Free when you spend’ amount the shipping discount will be claimed back. Meaning the dollar amount returned to you will be less the amount of shipping.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

*Due to the nature of patterns, patterns may not be returned or exchanged. All pattern sales are final.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@baileymille.com.

Lost or stolen packages
We use USPS to deliver our local (US) packages, and UPS to deliver our international packages. Please allow 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation for your package to arrive. If you believe your package has been lost, please email us at hello@baileymille.com  with your order number and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages 
If you’ve received your package damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Additionally, we will need photos of your damaged package to get a claim started with the carrier service.

Promotional Policy
We offer subscribers of our email list a 20% discount code, you can join that list HERE. Occasionally we will offer customers promotions, including discounts, coupons, bundles and free shipping over cart total specified in promotion. Promotions may be limited to one use per cart, and will state limitations were applicable.

User Registration
To help you keep track of your digital purchases having an account is essential, and purchases cannot be made without one. This also applies to those purchasing non-digital products. We currently do not have a way to specify needing an account only for those wishing to purchase digital products. By registering for an account with us, you will be able to access your purchase history and view your shipment tracking number. Only those with an account can leave a review. This means that only verified purchasers have left reviews on our site.
It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and Bailey Millé cannot be held responsible if your account is hacked. To see how we handle your personal information, visit our Privacy Policy page.

Our customers who have signed up for an online account with us are able to leave reviews on our products. If you have an issue, please contact us before leaving a poor review, and allow us the chance to make you happy.
If we feel that a negative review is unfounded, untrue or just malicious we reserve the right to remove it.
